With all the attention being given to that suspicious bulge on Bush's back during his first debate with Kerry...

...it's our patriotic duty to insist that both candidates make all future public appearances in the nude, so that we can be absolutely sure neither one of them is being controlled by the evil Puppet Masters from Titan!

    come to think of it...

Does the phrase " Kennedy Compound" have a nervous ring to it?

Nobody has seen Ted Kennedy's back since he offed Mary Joe Kopecney a decade or so ago, and he and his "Clan" gather in secret numerous times a year to confer..

    ( Touch backs together?)

I would not have believed it a few years ago...but with arnolds increasing popularity in california, myself excluded, i can now easily see him becoming leader of what was once refered to as the united states....

A senior research scientist for NASA and for Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, who just happens to be an international authority on image analysis -- Dr. Robert M. Nelson, used Adobe Photoshop's "sharpening" feature to expose details about the bulge under Bush's coat.

It is not possible to determine if it's a

    a) transceiver
    b) back brace
    c) cardio device
    or
    d) a symbiote master

One thing we know for sure it's not:
    A SPINE!

        From Salon.com:

The last word on Bush's bulge?

It's time to call off the conspiracy freaks, says The Hill, mystery solved:

"Sources in the Secret Service told The Hill that Bush was wearing a bulletproof vest, as he does most of the time when appearing in public. The president’s handlers did not want to admit as much during the campaign, for fear of disclosing information related to his personal security while he was on the campaign trail."

Because of course, it would never occur to anyone to even imagine that the President of the United States would wear a bulletproof vest in public unless they were specifically told so.

Just out of curiosity, does this mean Bush won't be making any public appearances during his second term? Nor will any future Presidents? After all, now that the big secret is out, it's kind of spoiled as a means of protecting any President ever again. That is, if we believed that was the secret and that it was necessary to keep as a secret.
